Property Manager | South East | $83K + Bonuses

An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive residential Property Management team in Melbourne's South East.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage an established residential property portfolio
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee routine inspections, leasing and tenancy matters
- Manage maintenance, arrears and general portfolio requirements
- Coordinate compliance and ensure properties meet current requirements
- Manage lease renewals and rental increases
- Handle tenancy administration from commencement through to finalisation




- Assist with VCAT and other tenancy matters when required
- Contribute to business growth through referrals and new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with current legislation

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Professional and proactive approach
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate

The Details:

- Location: Melbourne South East
- Salary: $83,000 + bonuses
- Bonuses: Additional performance-based incentives
- Hours: Monday-Friday
- Saturday: Optional, with additional payment
- WFH: Available based on performance
