We’re seeking a casual medical receptionist available to work:

- Thursdays at our Caloundra clinic

- Fridays at our Maleny clinic

- Additional shifts to cover leave, as opportunities arise.

About the role

You’ll bring a warm, professional approach to welcoming patients, managing appointments and enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of each clinic.

The successful applicants will have proven experience as a Medical Receptionist, including confidence with triage and concierge responsibilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to lend a hand. In return, you’ll become a valued member of two welcoming practice teams.

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist in general practice.

- Availability to work Thursdays in Caloundra and Fridays in Maleny.

- A friendly, empathetic approach to patients.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy practice.

- Reliability, initiative and a positive approach to teamwork.

- A clear understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.

- Experience with Best Practice software, preferably.
