Lead. Improve. Grow.
Ready to take the next step in your food manufacturing career?
We’re a rapidly growing food manufacturing business looking for a driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team and help take our operation to the next level.
This isn’t a role where you simply watch the production line. You’ll be at the heart of the operation — leading people, driving performance, solving problems and making sure every shift delivers safety, quality, efficiency and output.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to get the best out of a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
If you're ready to lead a team, make a real impact and grow with an expanding business, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day production operation, ensuring the team delivers safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and engaging production staff across daily operations
- Coordinating production schedules and ensuring targets are achieved
- Monitoring output, efficiency, waste and downtime
- Maintaining consistently high standards of product quality
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are followed
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Managing day-to-day performance, attendance and team issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Working closely with Quality, Warehouse and Management
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation
- Ensuring the production area is clean, organised and audit-ready
About You
You’re an experienced production leader who enjoys people, pace and performance.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety requirements
- Proven experience leading, rostering and developing production teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong focus on quality, safety, waste & productivity
- The ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
- Experience working within HACCP and food safety systems
- A continuous-improvement mindset
- Must have a current forklift license
- First Aid and Food Safety Certificate would be advantageous but not essential
Apply now and take the next step in your food manufacturing career.
