Cellar Door Position:

- Provide guided wine tastings to groups at an amazing historical location

- Process sales and orders to customers and businesses

- Experience with wines or enthusiasm to learn highly desired (full training provided)

- Current RSA essential





- Food Handling certificate essential (can be obtained free online at the NSW Food Authority website)

- Restocking, cleaning, and handling of cash

Hotel Housekeeping Position:

- Previous experience desired but not required (full training provided)

- Manual licence highly desired

- 28 motel-style rooms in total with 26 used on a regular basis

- Cleaning rooms and estate buildings, and restocking of work car
