Our Physio Co is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health team servicing Victoria.
We offer a genuinely flexible and autonomous role, with opportunities to work across community, residential aged care and clinic settings, depending on your experience and interests.
The role may include home modifications, functional assessments, equipment prescription and other occupational therapy services. Training and professional support are available, allowing you to develop new skills or expand into different areas of practice.
Hybrid working arrangements are available, along with opportunities for interstate travel for those interested.

The Role
You will provide high-quality occupational therapy services across a range of settings, supporting clients to maintain their independence, mobility, safety and quality of life.
Depending on your experience and interests, your work may include:
- Home environment and functional assessments
- Home modification assessments and recommendations
- Minor and major home modification planning
- Falls prevention and home safety assessments
- Equipment and assistive technology prescription
- Functional capacity and activities of daily living assessments
- Occupational therapy services in residential aged care
- Community-based and clinic-based assessments and interventions
- Reablement and restorative care
- Liaison with builders, trades, suppliers, care managers and other health professionals
- Preparation of clinical reports, recommendations and supporting documentation
- Clinical documentation and care planning
You don't need to be experienced in every area. We can tailor the role to your existing skills and interests, with training and support to help you develop additional capabilities.
The position offers considerable independence, backed by the referrals, resources and professional support of an established allied health organisation.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with a variety of clients and finding practical solutions to improve their independence and quality of life.
You will need:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current driver's licence
- Strong assessment, report writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
Experience in home modifications, community care, aged care or Support at Home will be highly regarded but is not essential.
We welcome applicants with different levels of experience and clinical backgrounds who are interested in expanding their skills.
