Our Practice
Founded in 2013 by architects Domenic Cerantonio and Chris Stribley, Cera Stribley is an architecture and interior design practice with 115 people across Melbourne and Brisbane.
We work across multi-residential, commercial, hospitality and private residential projects, with a shared belief in the value great design can bring to cities, communities and clients.

The Opportunity in a Nutshell
This Melbourne-based opportunity is suited to a Registered Architect with 8+ years’ experience and a strong balance of technical,
on-site and project leadership capability.
As a key member of the team, you’ll lead projects across a diverse portfolio, coordinating high-quality documentation packages, delivering projects onsite, managing project resourcing and budgets, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll bring an ability to confidently problem-solve, commercial awareness, and the ability lead small to medium-sized project teams within a collaborative, design-led practice. You will work alongside other Associates to build a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multi-residential projects from Design Development through to on-site delivery
- Develop creative, commercially informed solutions with strong construction outcomes
- Lead client meetings, stakeholder engagement, and consultant coordination
- Manage project programs, budgets, resourcing, and project outcomes in collaboration with leadership and operations teams
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and professional growth
- Contribute to design reviews, studio initiatives, and continuous improvement across the practice
- Ensure projects align with relevant codes, regulations, sustainability principles, and quality standards
About You

- Ability to balance project delivery and team management in a rapid-paced environment
Experience and Skills
- Registered Architect with 8-10+ years’ experience
- Strong portfolio with demonstrated experience across multi-residential projects
- Experience working with developers and commercially driven project outcomes
- Strong track record delivering projects across multiple stages
- Experience leading small to medium-sized project teams
- Excellent documentation and construction administration skills
- Thorough understanding of the NCC, BADS, and project delivery processes
- Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- A keen interest in systems, processes and the use of AI tools
- Sound knowledge of sustainable design principles
