About the role

Key responsibilities

- Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicle options

- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our vehicle range, features, and capabilities to educate customers

- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience

- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

- Assist with inventory management and stock preparation as needed

- Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

- Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
