I'm partnering with an established and highly regarded organisation in the healthcare services sector to recruit a Relationship Manager who will play an important role in strengthening its professional referral network and driving continued business growth.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners and key stakeholders;
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across Sydney;
- Manage an established network of accounts, driving engagement and long-term relationship growth;
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, presentations and stakeholder visits;
- Identify opportunities to re-engage existing partners and increase referral activity;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional experience for external partners; and
- Coordinate professional networking events, educational sessions and industry conferences.

About you

- Experience in relationship management, account management, business development or partnerships;
- A background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital liaison or a similar professional services environment would be highly regarded;
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers;
- A proven ability to build rapport, develop trust and maintain long-standing professional relationships;
- Experience coordinating professional events, conferences or stakeholder engagement activities;
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities; and
- A proactive,



self-motivated approach and the confidence to work autonomously.
