About you:
You know what a well-oiled bar looks like, because you've been part of one, many times before. No one needs to walk you through how a good team works when it's actually working. You know how to just get in, read the room, and get on with the work.
Your responsibilities for these shifts will typically involve...
- Serving drinks efficiently during busy periods - tap beers, bottle pours and basic spirit mixes
- Taking orders and processing payments through POS
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
- Engaging with guests and maintaining service standards
- Supporting general bar operations as part of the team
What you'll need:
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential
- Experience in high-volume retail bar service, including tap beer pouring and bottle service
- Confidence in working quick-paced shifts, reliably and independently
