Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Googong West is a brand-new, purpose-built service, offering you the exciting opportunity to join a team from the very beginning and help shape the culture, environment and experiences of a new centre.
Located in the growing Googong community, the service provides a modern, welcoming environment designed to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing. With new facilities, quality resources and a fresh team culture, this is a great opportunity for educators who want to grow their career while helping build something special from the ground up.

- Casual Assistant Educators
- Permanent Assistant Educators

What we’re looking for

- Diploma or Certificate III qualified educators
- Trainees are welcome to apply if you have a genuine passion for working with children, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the sector.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and confidence supporting high-quality care and education.




- A team player who demonstrates initiative and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence stepping up and supporting room leadership when required.
- Full availability, consistency and commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and the team.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
