Ballina Golf & Sports Club is expanding its hospitality team with multiple opportunities available across food and beverage operations, gaming, supervision, and kitchen roles. Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role, an enthusiastic bar attendant with gaming experience, or a chef/cook who loves creating quality food, we have positions to suit your experience and career aspirations.
Key responsibilities
- Food & Beverage Attendants / Gaming Attendants: Provide energetic and customer-focused service in bar and gaming operations, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy team environment
- Food & Beverage Supervisor: Lead by example, manage team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee hospitality operations with strong communication and team management skills
- Chef / Cook: Deliver quality meals to members and guests in the Bunker Café & Bar, working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment with excellent teamwork and organisational skills
- Work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
About you
- Food & Beverage Attendants / Gaming Attendants: Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential); Gaming attendant experience highly regarded; Friendly,
professional, and reliable; Strong customer service skills; Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
- Food & Beverage Supervisor: Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential); Advanced RCG certification will be highly regarded; Previous supervisory or hospitality leadership experience preferred; Strong communication and team management skills; Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Chef / Cook: Passion for food and hospitality; Previous chef or cook experience highly regarded; Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment; Excellent teamwork and organisational skills; Formal qualifications are highly regarded; however, we welcome applications from motivated candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills
