Medical Device Assembly

You’ll work as part of an entry-level assembly team producing intricate medical devices. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing, with full training provided.

- Assemble intricate medical devices with precision and care.
- Use hand-eye coordination and solid attention to detail.
- Maintain high product quality according to company standards.
- Work in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled environment.

We’ve successfully placed people from a wide range of backgrounds including healthcare, laboratory, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, pick packing, administration, and customer service - even those with no prior experience.

Manufacturing Operator

Join a close-knit manufacturing team making quality products and components for the medical device industry.

- Use equipment to fabricate raw materials into parts and tooling.
- Perform detailed work according to written specifications and technical drawings
- Read and understand product and quality system documentation.
- Have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with machinery and equipment.
- Be reliable, have strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.




- Previous experience in manufacturing and machine operation desirable.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

- Are available to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Have confident verbal and written communication skills
- Are enthusiastic and eager to learn recent skills
- Hold a current and valid driver's license or have reliable transport
- Enjoy performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Embrace company culture, values, and health and safety guidelines
- Are able to complete a pre-employment health & fitness assessment as part of the recruitment process.
