ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting prospect for an Accident Management Consultant to join our growing operations team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and need to lodge an insurance claim. You will guide customers through the claims process while managing claims from lodgment through to resolution.

Essential Duties

- Deliver a superior level of customer service, demonstrating customer centricity, accountability and collaboration.

- Process motor vehicle accident claims for Custom Fleet customers through insurers and clients directly via the AMS claims lodgment process.

- Perform all duties diligently and in line with established KPIs.

- Manage the claims process end-to-end and customer expectations throughout the claim lifecycle.

- Maintain a well-managed claims portfolio, taking timely action on all cases.

- Ensure accurate and prompt processing of supplier invoices.

- Process all transactions accurately to ensure information is reportable and accessible.

Other Duties

- Provide support across all areas of the Accident Management team as required.

- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

You combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Essential Experience

- 2-3 years customer service experience.

- Solid understanding of general liability rules and Traffic Authority Road Rules.

- Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathise and understand others.

- Consistently demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines and work independently.

- Collaborative team player with energy, passion and a positive attitude.

Other Experience

- Experience within the insurance industry, specifically in claims management.

- Insurance claims experience in Heavy Commercial.

- Motor claims recovery experience.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data and results.
