Who We Are Looking For Educators who believe every moment matters, show up with positivity and professionalism, value warm interactions and are excited to help build a centre from the ground up.

Educators who demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and child development, confident supervision practices, warm and responsive interactions, effective communication, organised learning spaces, competence in documentation and reflective practice, professional judgement and a collaborative, reliable attitude.

Child Safety and Compliance Moments Early Learning is committed to the highest standards of child safety. All educators must demonstrate understanding of child protection legislation, the ability to identify early signs of harm or vulnerability, consistent adherence to safe practices, respectful and trauma informed interactions, and professional boundaries at all times.

Applicants must hold the relevant Early Childhood qualification and valid Australian working rights. Sponsorship is not available. only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered
