ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Radiologist Services Coordinator to join our team. If you are a someone who loves organising, is efficient, and builds strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities include:
- Building trusted relationships with Radiologists, and the broader team
- Organising and scheduling of rosters, workflows, sign offs, assigning exams, leave,
unforms and other administrative activities to ensure smooth delivery of service
- Onboarding new Radiologists seamlessly including accreditation, Medicare compliance and systems training
- Preparation of Radiologist timesheets/payroll for processing
- Organising meetings, collating agenda items, venue, catering and minuting
- Oversee travel requirements including flights, accommodation and car hire

ABOUT YOU
- Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you like to get things right!
- Passionate about building relationships with stakeholders, being the trusted go to person
- Demonstrated experience in a complex administration, executive assistant or coordinator role
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential issues
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Enjoys problem solving and managing competing priorities
- Strong experience with MS Office suite and diary management
- Exposure to Medical, Health or Radiology beneficial, but not essential
