We’re looking for enthusiastic Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. Whether you have prior pharmacy experience or are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding and customer-focused environment.

Position Overview

We’re a close-knit, supportive team working in a small community pharmacy in the heart of Albert Park Village, where building genuine relationships with our customers is at the centre of everything we do.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see when they visit. From assisting with sales and providing exceptional customer service to keeping the pharmacy running smoothly, you’ll play an important part in supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, qualified, and efficient customer service

- Assist with sales, product advice, and customer enquiries

- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and well-presented shelves





- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Assist in medication packing (experience desirable but not essential)

- Support pharmacists and colleagues with day-to-day tasks

Essential Skills & Experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable

- Medication packing experience (advantageous but not essential)

- Previous retail or pharmacy experience
