Great Temptations is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support across multiple functions of the business.
Key responsibilities include providing support to the Operations Manager in the functions such as data entry, purchasing, coordination of incoming supplies, dispatch and liaising with suppliers.
Additionally, this role will provide general administrative support across all departments as required and to cover leave.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative,
solve problems and seek assistance where appropriate.
- High level computer skills and extensive experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to learn internal IT systems quickly.
- Flexible approach to work tasks and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results orientated, determined with a professional demeanor
- High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong mathematical aptitude.
