FriendlyCare Pharmacy Ayr is looking for a friendly and reliable full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our community pharmacy team.

This is a varied Monday to Friday role, combining customer service, general pharmacy duties and Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packing for our clients.

Previous pharmacy or DAA packing experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided for the right person.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Assisting customers with pharmacy and general health products

- Processing sales and accepting prescriptions

- Receiving, replenishing and maintaining stock

- Assisting with S2/S3 medicines following appropriate training

- Preparing and packing DAAs for clients





- Supporting pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with daily operations

About You

You will be:

- Friendly, reliable and a team player

- Organised with solid attention to detail

- Confident communicating with customers

- Willing to learn and develop your pharmacy skills

- Able to work accurately when completing DAA packing
