As a Vehicle Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a range of vehicles while maintaining a high standard of safety and workmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform inspections and safety checks
- Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Keep the workshop clean, organised and qualified
About you
- Holds a (Minimum) Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician (Preferred)
- Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
- Holds a current Manual driver's license
