About the role
We're looking for a highly organised Production Assistant to help deliver our branded training courses, from the first client briefing through scripting, the shoot and final delivery. You'll support our production team and work closely with clients, talent and crew. You'll learn how a production comes together and take on more ownership as you grow.
This role suits someone early in their career who loves a well-kept list, gets satisfaction from details falling into place, and wants to learn production from the ground up. We care more about your attitude and organisational instincts than about years of experience. We'll teach you the rest.
Key responsibilities
- Support client communication throughout production, including check-ins, feedback rounds and approvals
- Keep timelines on track across several projects at once, following up on feedback and assets and flagging delays early
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, brand teams and studios
- Learn our F.I.L.M methodology and help develop course outlines and scripts
- Manage reviews and approvals through the frntlne Studio platform
- Help coordinate talent, wardrobe and styling with clients
- Organise shoot logistics, including product samples, branded merchandise, POS materials, studio bookings and schedules
- Carefully QA finished courses before they're delivered
About you
- You're Type A organised. You like spreadsheets, checklists and inbox zero
- You follow through. When you say you'll do something, it gets done
- You write clearly and warmly, and you're comfortable emailing clients
- You stay calm when plans change at short notice and look for solutions
- You notice the small things others miss
- You're keen to learn and happy to roll up your sleeves
- Any experience in production, events, admin, hospitality, retail or account coordination is a bonus, but not essential
About us
frntlne is a training company creating digital short-form, social-first branded training courses using our proprietary frntlne Interactive Learning Methodology (F.I.L.M). Advantages
- Learn end-to-end video production working on content for major global and local brands
- A collaborative, fast-paced team in Sydney
- Variety, because no two projects look the same
- A clear path to grow into a Production Coordinator role as the business expands
