About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and people-focused qualified to join our People & Culture team in a role that sits at the heart of the employee experience. Working across the full employee lifecycle, the People & Culture Coordinator will build positive relationships with staff and leaders, provide responsive and trusted support, and help ensure our people practices are delivered with professionalism, care and attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values meaningful relationships and takes pride in providing an exceptional level of service.

To support a thorough induction and transition into the role, the successful candidate will initially be based at our Athelstone campus. Over time, and as familiarity with the role develops, the position is expected to transition to Norwood campus as its primary work location.

About you

You are a highly organised and capable professional who thrives in a busy, operational environment. Agile and responsive, you confidently manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and maintain a high level of accuracy, discretion and professionalism. You communicate effectively, build productive working relationships and take pride in delivering responsive, high-quality support.



Experience within the education or Catholic education sector would be advantageous, although it is not essential. Working 30 hours per week across 43 weeks of the year, this role offers an attractive opportunity to combine meaningful professional work with flexibility and balance.
