Accredited Power Saver is expanding again. We’re adding another sales consultant to our Adelaide office team.

If you enjoy customer conversations, know how to follow up and take satisfaction in closing a sale, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll help homeowners choose upgrades that suit their property, budget and energy needs. You’ll earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and work alongside our sales, marketing and operations teams.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation and commission
Commission: % per completed sale

APS is an Australian-owned business established in 2011. Our team coordinates home energy upgrades from the initial enquiry through to installation and customer support.

Work alongside the people delivering the installation.

You’ll collaborate with sales, bookings and operations colleagues to clarify requirements and prepare customers for the next step. Accurate quotes and explicit handovers matter to us.

What you’ll do

- Speak with customers by phone and email to understand their needs, existing systems and reasons for upgrading.

- Recommend suitable products and explain pricing, available incentives and installation requirements clearly.

- Prepare accurate quotes and help customers understand their options.

- Follow up enquiries and proposals, answer questions and guide customers towards a decision.

- Keep customer details, conversations and next steps current in our CRM.

- Work towards agreed sales and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with our bookings and operations teams to provide complete information for installation.

What you’ll bring

- Sales experience and examples of the results you have achieved.

- Confidence starting conversations, asking useful questions and explaining value.

- The ability to handle objections and ask for the sale while respecting the customer’s decision.

- Consistent follow-up, organisation and attention to detail.

- Confidence using a CRM, email and quoting systems.

- A willingness to learn about products, rebates and installation requirements.

- A professional approach to customers and colleagues.

- Experience in solar, batteries, hot water, air conditioning or another home improvement category will be highly regarded. We also encourage salespeople from other industries to show us how their experience would translate to this role.

What success looks like

You respond promptly, understand what the customer needs and recommend an appropriate solution. You follow through on proposals, maintain accurate records and convert enquiries into confirmed sales with clear installation handovers.
