The Duke of Dural in our upmarket boutique pub group is on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Manager or experienced Duty Manager.

Who We're Looking For -

These roles suit hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and know how to lead by example. You’ll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to take the reins in managing an entire venue.

Role Requirements -

- Previous experience in pubs in Sydney (equivalent to the role you are applying for)

- Solid background in food, beverage, gaming, tab, keno and functions

- Strong understanding of NSW liquor and gaming compliance

- Demonstrated financial and operational acumen (including wage control, stock, invoices (Lightyear) and supplier management)

- Proven ability to train, roster (Deputy preferred), lead and mentor a team

- Hands-on experience with POS (Bepoz preferred), reporting, and daily cash handling

- A commitment to compliance, maintenance and policy adherence

- Experience in gaming systems e.g. Global, S7000





- Ability to build community rapport and deliver outstanding customer service

- Full availability to work across rotating rosters including weekends and evenings

- Full working rights in Australia
