About us

Australian Plunge Pools supplies precast plunge pools, helping customers find the right pool for their home and lifestyle. Based in Somersby on the Central Coast, we’re looking for an organised, personable Sales Support Assistant to support our salesperson and help keep customer enquiries and orders running smoothly.

About the role

You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and provide practical support throughout the sales process. This varied role combines customer service, sales support and administration, with opportunities to learn about our pools, finishes and equipment options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Welcoming visitors to our display area and assisting with initial product enquiries.
• Assisting our salesperson with preparing and sending quotes.
• Following up enquiries and outstanding invoices.
• Keeping customer records, lead information and sales documentation accurate and up to date.
• Organising appointments and coordinating customer follow-ups.
• Helping customers understand pool models, available options and the next steps in their purchase.
• Liaising with our team to provide customer updates.




• Providing general administrative support to the salesperson.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, reliable and comfortable communicating with customers. You’ll enjoy staying organised, taking initiative and helping others get things done.

You’ll bring:

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A friendly, professional approach to customer service.
• Confidence using email, Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• The ability to manage several enquiries and tasks at once.
• A willingness to learn about our products and sales process.

Previous experience in sales support, customer service or administration would be valuable. An interest in pools, home improvement or the building industry would also be an advantage.
