Customer Service Administrator – Help Bring Great Play Spaces to Life

Kewdale, Perth | $30–$36 per hour + super | Monday–Friday, flexible hours (full days or school hours considered)

Nature Play Solutions designs and builds outdoor play spaces for schools, councils, childcare centres and communities across WA and Australia. Our work ends up being used by kids every day, and we're proud of the quality and thought behind every project.

About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the go-to support person for our sales team. You'll answer enquiries, put together quotes, and organise the delivery of play equipment. If you like being organised, enjoy helping people, and get satisfaction from getting the details right, you'll fit in well here.

What you'll be doing

- Answering phone and email enquiries from customers about our products and services

- Preparing quotes for our standard product range and following them up

- Organising delivery of large play equipment, both around Perth and to regional and interstate sites

- Helping the team put together tender submissions

- Keeping our product database and customer records up to date

What we're looking for





- At least 2 years' experience in an admin, customer service or sales support role

- Friendly, confident communication by phone, email and in person

- Good skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, and you're comfortable learning new systems

- A strong eye for detail. You check your work and take pride in getting it right.

- Someone who stays calm, adapts and uses their initiative when things get busy

Experience in construction, landscaping, logistics or quoting is a bonus but not essential. We'll train the right person.
