This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career. You will receive on-the-job training and mentoring while developing the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed in property management. As part of the traineeship, you will also have the opportunity to study towards your Assistant Agent Certificate, providing you with a recognised pathway into the real estate industry.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, tenants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls and responding to general enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
- Assisting with property management administration and documentation
- Coordinating appointments, keys and general office enquiries
- Assisting with routine property management tasks
- Communicating with tenants, owners, contractors and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office and property management duties
- Learning the fundamentals of property management and the residential tenancy process

- A strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

- A current driver's licence is desirable
