You'll be the first smiling face our clients see, the energy that keeps things running smoothly and the voice that makes every interaction memorable. You'll be the Receptionist & Front of House specialist, managing the front desk and client experience at our health and wellness clinic.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage appointments and keep the front of house organized
- Support the team with administrative tasks
- Make every client feel like a VIP
About you
- 1+ years experience in a health clinic, gym or sales focused role
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Polished professional and welcoming presence
- Attention to detail and ability to stay cool under pressure
- Availability to work evening and weekends as needed
- Available for additional covers & short notice
- Remuneration will be based on level of experience

Our rapidly growing clinic in Cockburn offers Massage, Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy and recovery services like cryotherapy, sauna and ice baths, list goes on. We pride ourselves on creating an experience that makes clients feel amazing from the moment they walk in to the second they leave. Role is casual basis with hours anticipated at a minimum of 8/10 hours a week to commence with during training and evolving up to 20 plus hours when ready to take on full role.
