About the Opportunity
An exciting prospect has become available for an Associate Adviser to join a growing independent financial advice practice in Brisbane.
Following significant growth, industry recognition and a strong influx of new client referrals, this business is looking to add another Associate Adviser to support its team of experienced advisers. This is an ideal role for someone who has progressed through client services and paraplanning and is now looking for the next step in their advice career.
You'll work closely with advisers across strategy development, plan preparation and client engagement, gaining valuable exposure to the advice process while building the skills required to progress into an Adviser role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business implementation and oversee advice execution
- Prepare and write SOAs and advice documentation
- Assist advisers with strategydevelopment, modelling and research
- Review client meeting packs and proactively support advisers
- Attend client meetings and participate in advice discussions
- Prepare file notes and maintain accurate client records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
About You
This opportunity is best suited to a driven and ambitious financial planning professional looking to continue progressing their career within financial advice.
You will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner or Senior CSO
- Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial advice strategies
- Degree qualifications relevant to financial planning
- Working knowledge of Xplan
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
