Pegasus Apart’Hotel is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendants to help keep our guest rooms and hotel areas clean, comfortable and welcoming.
You’ll take pride in your work, follow our housekeeping procedures and contribute to a positive stay for our guests. This is a casual role, with shifts available across weekdays and weekends.
Your responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds and changing linen.
- Clean bathrooms and replenish towels, toiletries and other guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust and wipe surfaces to meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
- Clean public areas when required.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Respect guest privacy and follow room-entry procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items and lost property promptly.
- Work with the housekeeping team to complete allocated rooms within the required timeframes.
About you
- You have at least six months of hotel housekeeping experience.
- You take care with the details and maintain consistent cleaning standards.
- You are reliable, organised and able to manage your tasks within set timeframes.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You are comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, bending and handling linen and supplies safely.
- You have availability to work weekdays and weekends.
- You have the right to work in Australia.
Pay and perks
- Monday to Friday: $33.85 per hour
- Saturday: $40.62 per hour
- Sunday: $47.3 per hour
- Public Holiday: $67.70
- Superannuation paid in addition to your hourly rate, as applicable.
