The prospect
Working across lunch and dinner services, you will help deliver consistent, quality food across Wests New Lambton's Food Court, Bistro, New Beijing and other catering operations.

Casual shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends and split shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and presenting high-quality meals during service.
- Completing food preparation, production and storage tasks.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Supporting different kitchen sections during busy services.
- Assisting with the setup and close-down of service areas.
- Contributing to a clean, organised and safe kitchen.
- Ensuring food and waste are stored and disposed of appropriately.

What you will bring

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent experience.
- Commercial kitchen experience and sound food preparation skills.
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Availability across morning, lunch and dinner services, including nights and weekends.
- A reliable and flexible approach to casual shifts and split shifts.
- A commitment to food safety, consistency and teamwork.
