An established, growing Sydney engineering and technology business, that design and build their own niche products. Perfect for someone living in Warriewood, Narrabeen, Dee Why or Brookie.

They need a reliable Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator to own goods in, goods out and stock control.

You will also undergo training in Quality Assurance and Control once settled in. A fast paced environment, looking for someone that with high attention to detail and good energy. Suits someone with warehouse or inventory experience who works well on their own and in a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Store Management: Overseeing the dispatch area, stock movements, and organising spares kits.
- Goods In: Desktop audits against purchase orders, and receipting into SAP ERP.
- Goods Out: Packing, precision labelling, dispatch, and quality documentation.
- Logistics: Arranging domestic/international freight and shipping paperwork.
- Inventory Control:



Continual cycle counts and taking part in stock audits.

What You Need:

- LF Forklift licence & current Australian driver's licence.
- 5 years proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Inventory Controller.
- Positive PC skills to learn ERP software (comfortable with Excel / databases).
- Strong attention to detail with physical fitness for manual handling.
- Knowledge of freight or importation processes (highly regarded).
- White card (well regarded).
