Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects in East Perth, Western Australia. This permanent, full time role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes in the building and construction industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.




- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the building and construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
