Marketing Manager

Location: Midvale, Perth WA | Full-time | Onsite

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead Site Ware Direct’s marketing activities and help grow our brand, customer base and business.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Sales team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns, manage our digital presence, create engaging content and generate recent business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage SWD’s website, social media and digital marketing activities.
- Oversee content, promotions and marketing communications.
- Support lead generation and work closely with Sales to convert opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Manage external marketing suppliers and resources as required.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong digital marketing, content and campaign experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commercial and results-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the marketing function.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get things done.
