About the Role Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving results? We are looking for a Territory Manager to take ownership of our NSW North territory. You will be the face of Ridley in the region, working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions and grow sales across our market-leading animal nutrition products. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory and develop recent business, backed by an experienced sales team and technical specialists. What You Will be Doing Manage and grow the NSW North territory and achieve sales targets Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow market share Develop and execute territory sales plans in partnership with the National Field Sales Manager Understand customer needs and provide value-adding solutions Maintain strong product and industry knowledge Attend industry events, field days and customer meetings Provide market and customer insights to support business growth Contribute to sales forecasting and wider team objectives About You You will be commercially driven, customer-focused and motivated by achieving results. We are looking for: Proven sales or account management experience with a track record of achieving targets Experience in agriculture, animal nutrition,
rural business or a related industry is highly desirable Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills Commercial mindset with the initiative to identify new opportunities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong organisation and time management skills Sound Microsoft Office skills Current Australian driver's licence Why Join Ridley?
