Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in their own homes around Port Stephens. This permanent part time role runs Monday to Friday and involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and transport to appointments, alongside flexible hours and a supportive team.

You will provide compassionate, practical in-home care, enabling client independence. Driving is required for client visits, with a focus on safety and dignity in care delivery.
