Red Arrow Australia is recruiting an experienced Earthworks Leading Hand to steer a bulk earthworks crew on a major civil infrastructure project in Southwest Queensland. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring safety, efficiency and design compliance across 12-hour days and a 15/6 roster.

The position offers camp accommodation with meals, transport from pickup points, PPE supplied and a robust safety culture.
