Hunter Recent England Health is seeking a Registered Nurse/Midwife for the SUPPS program at Tamworth Community Health. You will provide holistic assessment, planning and care for pregnant people and parents with a baby under two, within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will work on harm minimisation, case management and neonatal considerations, with opportunities for professional development and a trauma-informed, patient-centred approach.
