We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of three recruiters while remaining hands‑on with full-cycle recruitment.

You will manage recruitment delivery across multiple vacancies, oversee recruiter performance, work closely with hiring managers, and personally recruit priority roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage 3 full-cycle recruiters.
- Allocate vacancies and manage team workload.
- Conduct weekly recruitment pipeline reviews.
- Manage recruitment KPIs and vacancy ageing.
- Personally recruit senior and priority positions.
- Conduct hiring‑manager intake meetings.
- Proactively source and approach candidates.
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback.
- Manage salary discussions, offers and negotiations.




- Ensure ATS and recruitment data is accurate.
- Provide weekly recruitment reporting to management.

The Successful Candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- 7–10+ years' recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Excellent proactive sourcing skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Robust hiring‑manager and stakeholder‑management capability.
- Experience with SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

We are looking for a hands‑on, execution‑focused recruitment leader who can build strong candidate pipelines, drive recruiters to deliver and take ownership of vacancies through to successful hire.
