Key Responsibilities

- AssisttheHeadChefwithdailykitchenoperations
- Prepareandpresenthigh-qualitydishesinlinewithmenustandards
- Superviseandsupportkitchenstaffduringservice
- Maintainconsistencyinfoodqualityandpresentation
- Assistwithmenuplanningandseasonalmenudevelopment
- Monitorfoodpreparation,portioncontrol,andwasteminimisation
- Ensurecompliancewithfoodsafetyandhygieneregulations
- Maintainaclean,organised,andefficientkitchenenvironment
- Supportstockcontrol,ordering,andinventorymanagement
- Trainandmentorjuniorkitchenteammembers
- Workefficientlyunderpressureduringbusyserviceperiods
- Collaboratewiththeteamtodeliverexceptionalcustomerexperiences

- ProvenexperienceasaSousCheforinaseniorkitchenleadershiprole
- Strongknowledgeofcommercialkitchenoperations
