Christies Beach High School is seeking an experienced Senior Leader to strengthen differentiated teaching practices and literacy improvement across Years 7–12. The successful applicant will lead a whole-school approach, shaping curriculum, pedagogy and assessment while modelling, coaching and cooperative planning.
The role focuses on evidence-based literacy teaching, targeted intervention and data-driven progress monitoring. Part-time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
