About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions using relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define software requirements and technical designs.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, identify and resolve software defects, and ensure system reliability.
- Contribute to the development of APIs, microservices,



and other backend systems critical to telecom operations.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion focused on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Python, or Go, and familiarity with related frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
