About Our Client

Our Client is a leading steel industry business providing products and services to a range of customers. They are seeking an experienced Storesperson to join their team and support daily warehouse and freight operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Storesperson / Forklift Operator you will be responsible for the below duties:

- Operate forklifts and gantry cranes safely and efficiently
- Move steel coils weighing up to 2 tonnes accurately
- Load and unload trucks
- Coordinate and book freight
- Maintain accurate inventory and complete stocktakes
- Provide service support to clients
- Follow safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of the stores team

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

- Current LF forklift licence
- Previous gantry crane experience
- Steel industry experience preferred
- Ability to safely handle steel products
- Strong commitment to safety and quality




- Ability to work effectively within a team
