Architects – Multiple Roles Across Perth Practices

About the Opportunity

I'm partnering with several well-regarded Perth architecture and interior design practices that are each growing their teams. There are roles at every level, from Graduate through to Senior Architect. Whether you're design-led, delivery-focused or early in your career, there's likely a studio, sector and culture to suit you.

Between them, these practices work across a wide range of sectors:

- Health and aged care: hospitals, clinics, mental health, birthing centres and seniors living
- Defence, law and order: secure, compliance-heavy environments
- Education and community: schools, tertiary and public works
- Resources and industrial: regional and remote facilities
- Workplace and commercial: corporate offices and fit-outs
- Multi-residential and mixed-use: apartments, build-to-rent, student accommodation and hotels
- Urban design, sport and recreation, aviation and infrastructure

The Roles

Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Designer

These are senior design roles. You'll lead complex projects from the first concept sketch through to completion, champion design quality and be a key point of contact for clients. You'll guide design reviews, manage project financials and mentor the team around you.

About you: You're ideally a registered architect, with senior experience across non-residential sectors. You have strong concept and design leadership skills, have delivered significant projects through construction, and know the NCC and contract administration well.

Architect – Project Lead

You'll manage projects from schematic design to contract administration. That means leading the project team, program, budget and deliverables, and being the main contact for the client.

About you: You have 6+ years' post-graduate experience, ideally in multi-residential, commercial or fit-out. You have strong documentation and team management skills and strong Revit skills.

Registration is advantageous.

Registered Architect

You'll take projects through concept, design development and construction documentation, coordinate consultants and approvals, and mentor junior staff.

About you: You're a current registered architect with experience in Defence, Health, Education or Community projects. You're proficient in Revit and BIM workflows. Being able to obtain AGSVA baseline clearance is highly desirable.

Design Architect

This is a front-end design role covering feasibility, concept and design development on multi-residential and mixed-use projects. You'll shape design narratives, prepare client presentations and help with planning approvals.

About you: You're a design-focused architect or graduate with Australian multi-residential experience, strong graphic and presentation skills, and an understanding of local planning frameworks.

Graduate of Architecture

You'll join project teams across design, documentation, 3D modelling, presentations and site visits, with a transparent path to leading smaller projects.

About you: You hold a Master of Architecture or equivalent, have some studio experience, are developing Revit skills, and are eager to learn.
