Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support capital markets and corporate development activities. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore, you will report to the General Counsel and advise executive leadership on complex legal and commercial matters related to financing, investments, and strategic initiatives. You will lead debt financing and equity capital raisings, guide corporate transactions, and manage cross-border deals with pragmatic, solution-focused advice in a
