A leading national Australian law firm is expanding its Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team.

They are currently looking for a Lawyer or Associate with 2–4 years' PAE to join their highly regarded practice.

The Opportunity

Working closely with an experienced partner, you will act for a sophisticated client base including major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals and corporate entities.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of complex matters, including:

- Financial services recoveries and enforcement
- Commercial disputes and litigation
- Insolvency and restructuring
- Dispute resolution
- Recovery proceedings and enforcement action.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- 2–4 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial practice
- Experience across recoveries, commercial disputes, litigation and/or insolvency
- A genuine interest in financial services recoveries,



insolvency and disputes
- Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A collaborative approach and solid commitment to client service.
