In this full-time, permanent role based at our Melbourne Head Office, you'll join our People & Culture team as Talent Acquisition Lead and play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent. Combining innovative recruitment approaches, AI-enabled technology and talent market insights, you'll help build the teams creating lasting change for children and communities.
You will make a difference by:
- Finding and inspiring talent that creates lasting change for children and communities.
- Partnering with leaders to build bold, diverse and future-ready teams.
- Harnessing AI, market intelligence and innovative sourcing to stay ahead of talent trends.
- Uncovering and connecting with exceptional leadership and specialist talent before the market does.
- Building and nurturing talent communities that power future capability and succession pipelines.
- Championing inclusive hiring practices that strengthen culture, equity and impact.
A place to feel valued:
Familiarity with Employment Hero and a passion for getting the most out of recruitment technology will be essential in this role.
This role also requires:
- A proven track record of leading strategic talent acquisition in complex, quick-evolving organisations.
- Deep expertise in identifying, engaging and securing exceptional leadership, specialist and hard-to-find talent.
- Experience leveraging AI, talent intelligence and recruitment technology to deliver smarter hiring outcomes and standout candidate experiences.
- Strong capability in building future-ready talent pipelines, communities and workforce strategies that support long-term organisational growth.
- The ability to influence and partner with leaders through market insights, data-driven thinking and a genuine commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring.
