As a Surveillance Officer, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Surveillance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining surveillance over gaming tables and other areas of the casino primarily via closed circuit television equipment. Surveillance Operators are responsible to detect, record and report all illegal as well as unusual activity throughout the Casino operations.
To be successful in this environment Ideally you will
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Have basic computer skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Have the ability to work independently, collaboratively and show initiative
- Demonstrate the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solution, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Be able to identify and implement the most appropriate solution to any issue
- Ideally have previous experience in either Casino Gaming and/or Surveillance operations
- Be proficient in written and spoken English
