Following an internal promotion, we’re looking for a National Account Manager, RTD to join our Sales team in Sydney.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of our RTD portfolio across key Independent customers while also playing a broader role in strategy, innovation and how we grow the category across the Independents channel.
We’re looking for someone who can see beyond the day-to-day, using data, customer insight and commercial thinking to understand the bigger picture, identify where the opportunities are and influence where our customer partnerships and RTD portfolio go next.
You’ll work closely across Sales, Marketing and other teams, connecting what we’re seeing in the market and with our customers to our future plans and turning those insights into opportunities for growth.
What you’ll do
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key Independent customers
- Develop and execute customer strategies and joint business plans
- Lead complex negotiations, promotional planning and customer agreements to deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Use insights to identify opportunities and shape strategic priorities
- Own key commercial metrics across your portfolio, including volume, margin and customer investment
- Play a lead role in shaping and influencing our RTD strategy across the Independents channel
- Work closely across Category, Innovation, Shopper, RGM, Brand, Supply and other teams to bring our RTD strategy and customer plans to life
- Stay close to the customer and category landscape, identifying emerging trends and opportunities
What you’ll bring:
- Strong commercial experience in Sales, Marketing, Category or another relevant commercial role
- RTD experience a strong advantage
- Strategic thinking with the ability to turn customer and market insights into explicit opportunities and plans
- A data-driven approach backed by strong commercial and financial acumen
- Confidence building relationships, navigating commercial conversations and influencing outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Energy, curiosity and a challenger mindset
