Our client is a national firm with a growing Sydney Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team. They are looking for a Lawyer or Associate with 2 to 5 years' post-admission experience to work predominantly alongside a partner with a national firm background, acting for major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals and corporate entities.

• $115K to $150K + super

About the role

Recoveries, enforcement and disputes work for a diverse client base, with insolvency and restructuring matters.

• Play a key part in recoveries work and enforcement action
• Work on dispute resolution and litigation matters
• Act on insolvency and restructuring matters
• Work with major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals and corporate entities
• Work predominantly alongside a partner

Requirements for the Role:

• 2 to 5 years' PAE in a reputable practice in recoveries, disputes,



commercial litigation and/or insolvency
• Strong experience and interest in financial services recoveries, insolvency and disputes
• Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills
• Drafting and advocacy skills
• A cooperative mindset and a commitment to client service
• A current Australian practising certificate
