Bells at Killcare, a 29-room luxury property located in a stunning coastal setting, located just 90 minutes north of Sydney. The role involves leading operations across the Wildflower Bar & Dining (open seven days for breakfast & dinner and Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch) and Bells Bakery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead from the front in a high-volume, high-quality multi-outlet operation with a hands-on style
- Motivate, train and develop the team
- Be involved in all facets of day-to-day operations – restaurant, events, weddings and conferences
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Manage attention to detail across all operations
About you
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a similar high-volume, high-quality multi-outlet operation
- Amazing customer service skills with a bright and friendly demeanor
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
- Ability to understand and implement company goals and direction
- A strong knowledge of food & beverage trends
